WHAT IS IN MY CONTROL
Self-talk, the internal dialogue that individuals engage in, plays a crucial role in shaping perceptions and responses to various situations. For teenagers, who often grapple with the complexities of identity, self-esteem, and peer interactions, fostering a positive and constructive self-talk is essential. Encouraging teens to recognize and challenge negative thoughts can empower them to build resilience and a healthier self-image.

Simultaneously, the teenage brain undergoes significant changes in information processing. Cognitive abilities, such as critical thinking and decision-making, are honed during this period.
