The course is designed for teenagers aged 13 to 19, focusing on their unique developmental needs and preparing them for self-leadership and leadership roles in their projects.

The course aims to foster leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, empowering teenagers to become confident and effective leaders. We also focus on building a growth mindset and empowering youth to take ownership of their ideas and manifest them in their daily reality. We give them the tools to process information and the skills to implement their plans.

The course is structured with interactive modules covering topics such as leadership principles, communication, goal setting, and teamwork. There are 3 separate online modules, as well as two camp-like events (the Summer School and the Winter School). During the year we may organise a few weekend-ling events to focus on certain topics like Public Speaking and Group Dynamics.

Engaging multimedia content, interactive discussions, group activities, and real-life case studies are used to keep teenagers actively involved.

No prior knowledge is required. The course is designed for teenagers with a passion for leadership and self-development.
