About Me

I am Ana and I bring over a decade of experience working with youth and children, starting my journey in 2006. My background in psychology has been a guiding force in my career, particularly during my time as an Applied Behaviour Analysis tutor for autistic children. This experience ignited my curiosity about the intricacies of how individuals learn.

Through my professional journey, I uncovered a genuine passion for non-formal education and discovered a natural talent for supporting the personal development of young minds. My commitment to nurturing the potential within each individual has become the driving force behind my work.

I have been an active force in many organisations that focus on education and its’ facets, both international and in Romania. I have a vast working experience in several projects and institutions where I gathered most of my ideas that helped make up this complex uLEAD project. I was inspired deeply by the Leadership Summer School of Zero Generation, that showed me the importance of practical activities, team work, mentoring and coaching, and I brought these ideas to uLEAD so that the most “thirsty for experience” target – the teenagers – will benefit from it.
